How to study Agricultural Science
Study each topic through three lenses: identify it, explain how it works, and apply it to a farm problem. Keep specimen-style notes for tools, crops, pests, diseases, breeds and soil features. Add diagrams for plant parts, animal systems, machinery and surveying equipment.
High-priority study blocks
Soil and crops: connect soil properties and nutrients to crop choice, husbandry, pests and yield. Animal production: compare species using feeding, reproduction, housing, products and diseases. Economics: practise demand and supply graphs, farm records, profit, depreciation and marketing. Technology: know what each tool or machine does, how it is maintained and when it is appropriate.
