The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) College of Nursing Sciences in Gwagwalada, Abuja, is now accepting applications for admission to its Basic Nursing Programme for the 2022/2023 academic year. Learn about the requirements and how to obtain the FCT School of Nursing application form.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission to the BASIC NURSING PROGRAMME at the FCT College of Nursing Sciences, Gwagwalada, Abuja, for the 2022/2023 academic session.
The basic general nursing training program is a general nursing course open to young males and females who are at least 17 years old at the time of admission.
Admission Requirements for the FCT College of Nursing Sciences
WAEC, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB with FIVE CREDIT PASSES IN ENGLISH, MATH, PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, AND BIOLOGY in no more than two sittings. Candidates who are still waiting for their results are ineligible. NABTEB CAN ONLY BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANOTHER NABTEB RESULT.
How to Apply for Admission to the FCT School of Nursing
The sale of forms begins on April 11th, 2022 and ends on April 30th, 2022.
Candidates who wish to obtain the forms must show proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 5,200.00 (Five Thousand, Two Hundred Naira).
APPLICATION METHOD:
Submit two (2) stamped payment receipts and application forms to the FCT School of Nursing Gwagwalada.
Forms must be completed and returned to the Principal, (Nursing), FCT College of Nursing Sciences Gwagwalada.
After filling out the form for Data Capturing, it must be submitted immediately.
The deadline for submitting completed forms for data capture is April 30th, 2022.
EXAMINATION: The entrance examination will be held from May 2nd to May 7th, 2022. The details of the candidate’s individual exam will be sent via SMS to the phone number provided in the form. For more information on the exam date, visit https://fb.me/fctsonm. beginning on April 25, 2022
The exam will be computer-based and will cover English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Current Events.
NB: ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE THROUGH REMITA IN A BANK BRANCH. The applicant must have a functional phone number. Pregnant candidates and candidates below the age of 17 (seventeen) years are advised not to obtain the forms.
