UNIZIK Supplementary Form 2024/2025 is Out

This is to notify all Nnamdi Azikiwe University prospective UTME admission candidates who successfully registered for PUTME in 2024/2025 and may want to apply for supplemental admissions into different departments of study within the university that the exercise will start at noon on Thursday, November 21, 2024.

It was found that certain candidates had not yet accepted their admission offer on their JAMB CAPS, necessitating this advertisement for supplemental admission.

The following should be noted by candidates who have effectively shopped: Keep checking the JAMB CAPS “transfer approval” panel to ensure that their transfer to the new program is approved as soon as it is uploaded. To ensure that their admission is processed successfully, make sure that their O-level results are correctly uploaded to their JAMB CAPS. Only applicants who have not yet been accepted into any department within the organization are eligible to apply for this position.

How to Apply for UNIZIK Supplementary Admission Form.

Go to UNIZIK CAPs.
Enter your username (the email address you used to register for the POST UTME) and password to log in. Keep in mind that if you forget your password, you can always reset it.
Click “Shop for 2024-2025 Admission Supplementary” on the dashboard.
To shop for your desired available course, click on it.
Select the payment method of your choice. Then select “Make Payment.”
Choose Etranzact to make a card payment.
To access the payment gateway, select Next.
To pay (the shopping fee is N15,000, minus bank charges), use your card.
You will be taken to the success page after making a successful payment, which will validate your purchase.

NB: Payment for the chosen course must be made within 24 hours. Your shopping reservation will be canceled 24 hours later. Candidates should file a complaint at uc.iheanacho@unizik.edu.ng if they are having trouble accepting their admission offer on Jamb CAPS.

Applicants who need assistance may visit support.unizik.edu.ng, create a new ticket, and make sure to choose “Post-UTME Issues” as the subject of assistance. Before shopping for supplemental admission, candidates who have not yet registered for the 2024/2025 PUTME should go to apply.unizik.edu.ng to do so.
