How to Apply for Plateau State College of Health Technology Zawan Admission Form The application period for Plateau State College of Health Technology Zawan Admission Form begins on Tuesday, April 20, 2022.
Interested applicants should obtain an RRR (Remitta Retrieval Reference Number) and deposit the cost of forms into any Commercial Bank before coming to the College to complete the form from the Administration Department.
The forms are available after paying a fee of 7,000 Naira (#7,000.00) for HND courses and 5,000 Naira (#5,000.00) for other courses.
Details about admission requirements can be found on the College’s Notice Board. Completed application forms, along with photocopies of credentials, must be submitted to the Admission officer at the College’s Registry Department.
Applicants for admission to (a). (a) National Diploma in Community Health, (b) National Diploma in Environmental Health, and (c) National Diploma in Public Health (c). National Diploma in Health Information Management (HIM) programs do not require UTME) purchase of College forms because admission is solely through JAMB.
