NMU 2025 Post-UTME Screening Form & Portal Open

The Nigeria Maritime University (NMU), located in Okerenkoko, Delta State, has announced that its Post-UTME screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session has begun.

In a statement issued by the university, candidates who chose NMU as their first-choice institution during the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and achieved a minimum score of 160 are encouraged to apply.

Application Process

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are required to pay a non-refundable screening fee of N2,000 through the university’s online portal at https://eportal.nmu.edu.ng.

Payments can be made using ATM cards or via internet banking.

Steps to Apply:

1. Access the NMU e-portal at https://eportal.nmu.edu.ng.

2. Click on the “Admission Forms” section.

3. Choose “Post-UTME” as the type of admission form.

4. Click on “Make Payment” and complete the online payment of N2,000.

5. After payment, revisit the portal and select “Register” to finalize the online registration.

6. Print the Screening Exercise Slip for your records.

Eligibility Criteria

A minimum score of 160 in the UTME is required.

Candidates must have at least five O-level credits in relevant subjects.

The completion of the online bio-data form is also necessary.

Note: Candidates do not need to upload O-Level results, passport photographs, or participate in biometric capture, as this information was already submitted through the JAMB platform.

Applicants who do not finish the Post-UTME screening registration will not be eligible for admission.

Registration Deadline

The online registration portal will be open until Saturday, August 30, 2025.
