Nile University Admission Procedures
Nigerian aspirants
Nigerian scholars seeking admission into the University must take the common Admissions and Matriculation Board( JAMB) Examination or UTME and gain the approved cut- off mark for that time. Also, the campaigners are needed to present 5 credits at no further than two sittings. Please relate to your separate faculty for full conditions other useful information and/ or specifications.
Foreign aspirants
Unlike Nigerian aspirants, all foreign aspirants must give their corresponding Examination Results as well as their academic paraphrase of former high seminaries.
Transfer & Direct Entry scholars
Direct Entry campaigners are those who have completed one of the following OND, HSE, HND, ‘ A ’ position GCE, SBS, and IJMB or any other advanced qualification. For this system of entry to NTNU, campaigners who have 9 points or over will be admitted to 200level grounded on the three subjects taken. Generally, those campaigners who have below 9 points will be admitted to commence at 100 position.
Transfer campaigners from public universities are generally given preference except in cases where the seeker is on academic exploration. In similar cases, the seeker may be admitted to a lower position. For this system of admission, a grade point normal of1.50 CGPA( 3rd class) on a5.0 scale will permit the seeker to transfer and commence from their applicable position.
