About The Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti (FPA)

Located in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria, is the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti. Dr. Temitope John Alake, an engineer, is the current rector. The school is situated in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria, along Ijan Ekiti Road.

With 350 National Diploma students, the College of Technology opened its doors in Jos, Plateau State, in January 1977. The government moved it to Akure, Ondo State, the next year, and it became a polytechnic in 1979. It was relocated once more in 1982 to Ado Ekiti, Akure, which is now home to the Federal University of Technology. In 2016, it employed about 1,500 people and had over 10,000 full-time and part-time students.

FPA Clearance Requirements for HND Programmes

The following documents are required for clearance into Higher National Diploma (HND) programs:

Original O-Level certificate copy.
ND declaration of results (for candidates with Distinction, Upper Credit, or Lower Credit, no later than March 2024).
ND statement of results (for candidates who received a pass mark, no later than March 2023).
Industrial Training (IT) letter (with distinction, upper credit, and lower credit grades) for at least nine months.
Letter of industrial training (IT) for at least 18 months (pass grade).
ND letter of admission to JAMB.
JAMB part-time application form (only for candidates who work evenings and part-time).
Admission letter from Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti.
Guarantor’s letter from two respectable people, like a public official or clergyman who is at least GL 12.
Local Government Origin Certificate.
For candidates with ND from other institutions, academic transcripts are provided to the institution.

FPA Clearance Requirements for ND Programmes

The following paperwork is needed to be admitted to National Diploma (ND) programs:

Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti Post-UTME screening result slip.
Application form online.
O-Level certificate in original form or a signed and stamped O-Level result declaration.
The UTME/JAMB score printout.
Switching to Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti as the new school or subject (if applicable).
JAMB CAPS printout of the admissions status.
JAMB letter of admission.
Letter of admission to Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti.
Printout of the biodata from JAMB CAPS.
Two trustworthy people’s letters of guarantor, such as a public official or clergyman who is at least GL 12.
