2025 JAMB Resit Results Out! Follow These Full Steps to Check Yours Now
The results of applicants who took the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) retake exam have been made public by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
The board also declared that the results of underage applicants who performed below the required levels, participated in “WhatsApp Runs,” and committed other misdemeanors will be released, except in cases involving litigation.
Following a meeting of the board’s chief external examiners (CEEs) in each of the federation’s states, the results were made public.
Fabian Benjamin, JAMB’s Public Communication Advisor, released a statement on Sunday announcing the results.
Simply SMS UTMERESULT to 55019 or 66019 using the same phone number that was used for registration to view the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) results.
The outcome would be sent back as a text message when the SMS was sent.
As of right now, there is no other way to check the 2025 UTME results.
You can anticipate the following responses:
Option 1: Through USSD
*A notification stating, “This phone number was not used for registration,” will be given to the candidate if he uses a phone number that was not used for registration.
* The following message will be sent to a candidate who has a result: “Dear Mr./Miss X, your result is as follows. (And the information will be given).
* The applicant will receive a “Result Withheld” notification if a result is withheld.
* A candidate will receive the following message if they fall into the category being given the benefit of the doubt: “Result withheld pending the upload of clarifications/documents required from you.”
* A candidate would receive the message “CANDIDATE ABSENT” if they were not present.
* A candidate who was canceled and did not have their registration number will be notified.
* A candidate who enters the exam room without authorization will receive a message stating, “Invalid Entrance into the Exam Hall.”
Option 2: View Your Online UTME Results
Visit the JAMB eFacility Portal: Go to https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/login using a web browser.
Log In: Enter the email address and password you used during UTME registration.
Access Your Result: Once logged in, click on the “Check UTME Results” tab. Your scores for each subject will be displayed on your dashboard.
