How to Easily Contact JAMB for Complaints About Your UTME Results

After a spike in complaints from applicants across the country, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) said that it would evaluate the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) procedure.

The board’s spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, confirmed the development in a statement released in Abuja on Monday.

The board acknowledged receiving an abnormally high volume of complaints about disparities in candidates’ scores when it announced the 2025 UTME results last Friday.

This followed news of subpar results from the just-finished UTME.

Candidates can formally complain about their results in the following ways:

  1. Go to https://www.jamb.gov.ng/support to access the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board Support Portal.
  2. Select the “Create Support Ticket” option.
  3. Make the proper choice when asked if you are filing a complaint on behalf of someone else or if you are a Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board candidate.
  4. After filling out the form, click Send. Remember to record your transaction ID and use a working email address.
  5. When the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board receives a response to your complaint, you will be notified by email.
  6. Go to https://support.jamb.gov.ng/candidate-support/my-tickets to monitor responses.

To file a complaint, candidates do not have to go to the board’s headquarters or state offices. You can easily file any complaints at https://www.jamb.gov.ng/support.
