FUOTUOKE 2025/2026 Post-UTME Screening Form Out—Apply Now Before Deadline!
The Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) invites applications from suitable JAMB UTME candidates for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise for admission into the university for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Eligibility:
– Candidates who selected FUOTUOKE as their first choice and scored a minimum of 150
– Candidates who did not select FUOTUOKE as their first choice but wish to study here and scored a minimum of 150 (must do a Change of Institution via the JAMB website)
How to Apply:
1. Make a non-refundable payment of N2,000 using Interswitch Verve or Mastercard debit bank cards
2. Visit (link unavailable) for online application
3. Upload required documents:
– Digital passport-size photograph (JPG format)
– Scanned copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’ level result (PDF format)
– Scanned copy of LGA identification letter (PDF format)
– Scanned copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration (PDF format)
Important Dates:
– Online application opens: Thursday, July 10, 2025
– Deadline for submission: August 8th, 2025
– Post-UTME Screening date will be communicated upon completion of the application
