El-Rufa’i delegates Ashafa Kaduna State University (KASU) acting Vice-Chancellor
Teacher Abdullahi Musa Ashafa will assume the job of Acting Vice-Chancellor at Kaduna State University (KASU) with impact from June 14, 2022.
Teacher Abdullahi Musa Ashafa has been named as the new acting Vice-Chancellor of Kaduna State University by Governor Nasir Ahmad El-Rufa’i.
Halima Lawal, the Kaduna State Commissioner for Education, reported the arrangement of Ashafa, a teacher of political history and the prompt past Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic).
Prof. Ashafa recently filled in as Head of the History Department, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Dean of the School of Postgraduate Studies, and the quick past Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic, at Kaduna State University.
Ashafa was the Vice President of the North West Zone of the Historical Society of Nigeria. Likewise, he is a Research Fellow at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA).
