Candidates must present for screening between the 30th of May and the 3rd of June 2022 in the Conference Hall of the Federal Capital Territory College of Nursing Sciences, Gwagwalada Abuja, according to their State schedule.

Candidates must bring ORIGINAL COPIES of the following documents:
Certificates of birth or declarations of age.
Certificate of Completion of Primary School/Testimonial (Primary School).
ALL WAEC/NECO/GCE Certificates must be taken in no more than two (2) sittings.
State of Origin Letter (Indigene Certificate).
ALL SECONDARY SCHOOLS ATTENDED TESTIMONY
NB: Pregnant women and candidates under the age of 17 are not eligible.
A PHOTOCOPY OF ANY OF THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
