The Lagos State University School of Part-Time Studies hereby invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the Lagos State University 2021/2022 Conversion of ND/Professional Certificate Conversion Top-Up Degree Programme.

The HND/Professional Certificate Conversion Top-Up Degree Programme aims to bridge the gap between B.Sc and HND certificate holders. The primary goal is to provide a level playing field to those who are determined to overcome discrimination between University degrees and HND holders through a Bachelor’s degree program.

This program also provides a platform for a university degree holder who is dissatisfied with his or her class of degree to “top-up” and perform better.

Similarly, a holder of a University Degree who wishes to branch out into any other related discipline is given the opportunity through this program. Finally, the program is intended to encourage self-actualization and to imbue professional fulfillment with dignity.
