This is to notify all regular students at Auchi Polytechnic (AuchiPoly) that the polytechnic administration has released the academic calendar for the 2021/2022 academic session.
Auchi Polytechnic Academic Calendar (April 24th, 2022)
New students will arrive on campus on April 25th, 2022.
Registration for new students will resume on May 1st, 2022.
Workers’ Day, May 3rd and 4th, 2022
8th of May, 2022: Id el Fitr Celebration
Old Students will arrive on campus on May 9, 2022.
Registration for returning students begins on May 9, 2022.
Lectures on Industrial Training begin for all students except ND II students on June 8, 2022.
Orientation for New Students (Regular): June 10th, 2022
New student registration closes on June 20th, 2022.
ND II students on industrial training will resume their studies on July 1st, 2022.
New Student Matriculation Ceremony
All regular students can now register late.
July 15th, 2022
Late registration ends/course work is due on July 25th, 2022 for regular students.
2021/2022 First Semester Exams Begin for All Students, with the exception of ND II Students from Industrial Training, on August 18, 2022.
The first semester examinations for all regular students in 2021/2022 conclude on August 19, 2022.
Students vacate hostels for first-semester vacations on August 22, 2022.
2021/2022 First Semester Exams for ND II Students Begin from Industrial Training on September 3rd, 2022
The first semester examination for ND II students who have completed industrial training will end on September 4, 2022.
All students return to class on September 6, 2022, for the Second Semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Session.
