UNIMED Post-UTME Form 2025/2026 Is Out—Apply Now for Admission into Ondo’s Top Medical University!

The 2025 Post UTME Screening Exercise will be held on Tuesday, 26th, Wednesday, 27th, and Thursday, 28th of August, 2025.

ELIGIBILITY

Candidates who chose “Ondo State University of Medical Sciences” as their most preferred (1st) choice institution in the 2025 UTME and scored 150 and above are eligible to apply for the Post UTME Screening.
Also, candidates who did not choose the “Ondo State University of Medical Sciences “and are willing to change to the institution as their most preferred (1st) choice are also advised to apply for the Post UTME Screening.
JAMB UTME Subject Combination: All courses in the various faculties require English Language, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Candidates applying for admission in chemistry, computer science, and physics are required to present a UTME subject combination of English language, mathematics, physics, and chemistry.
Candidates seeking admission into 100 & 200 level must have a minimum of five (5) credit passes in WAEC, NECO, or GCE in the following subjects: Mathematics, English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, obtained in one or two sittings, as specified by the relevant department.
For programs such as medicine and surgery, dentistry, and doctor of physiotherapy, the above-stated five (5) O’level credits must be obtained at only one (1) sitting.
Direct Entry candidates who have already applied through JAMB, picked the university as their most preferred (1st) choice institution in the 2025 Direct Entry Registration, and those willing to change to OSUMS as their most preferred (1st) choice institution are also eligible to apply and participate in the 2025 Post UTME Screening Exercise.
Candidates with an “A” level qualification or certificates such as Cambridge, JUPEB, or IJMB, with a minimum of 10 points, as well as ND (National Diploma), HND (Higher National Diploma), or degree holders, are eligible for direct entry admission into the 200 level. Such a candidate must meet the general “O” level requirements of the faculty/department to which they are applying.

7. Direct Entry Candidates are to request their Official Academic Transcripts, which must be forwarded directly from their previous institution to the Office of the Registrar, University of Medical Sciences, Laje Road Campus, within Medical Village, Ondo City, Ondo State; an advance copy must be forwarded via email to transcripts@unimed.edu.ng on or before the Post UTME screening date.

(Direct Entry applicants will not be considered for admission without evidence of submission of official academic transcripts to either the Office of the Registrar or via email transcripts@unimed.edu.ng.)
