Hon. Manu Soro Pays WAEC/NECO Fees for 105 Students with ₦3.05M Donation — A Big Win for Education!

In order to cover the SSCE-NECO costs for 105 final-year students from four gifted secondary schools in Sade, Darazo, Soro, and Gabarin, the member of the House of Representatives representing the Darazo-Ganjuwa Federal Constituency of Bauchi State has contributed ₦3.05 million.

Supporting legacy initiatives in the Darazo-Ganjuwa Federal Constituency and the Darazo-Ganjuwa Subsidized Shuttle Service is the basic goal of this gesture.

The Honourable Mansur Manu Soro founded the tuition-free schools in 2021 as merit-based secondary schools to serve the Federal Constituency’s most exceptional kids.

The gift is in line with Hon. Mansur Manu Soro’s goal of establishing cutting-edge funding channels to guarantee the long-term viability of his legacy initiatives in the fields of water, health, and education.

Established by Honourable Mansur Manu Soro in 2022, the Darazo-Ganjuwa Subsidised Shuttle Service provides commuters in the constituency with subsidized transportation services at a rate of ₦20 per km.

The service, which serves the Darazo–Dukku, Bauchi–Potiskum, and Bauchi–Ningi routes, helps the people while generating revenue and jobs along the whole transportation value chain.

For convenience, the list of the 105 kids who will benefit, along with their respective schools, has been compiled and presented.

According to a statement e-signed by Najeeb Bappayo Darazo, of the Darazo-Ganjuwa Legacy Projects Management Committee, and Engr. Idris Miya, Chairman, Management Committee of the Darazo-Ganjuwa Subsidised Shuttle Service, the organization will continue to support projects that directly affect the lives of people in the Darazo and Ganjuwa Local Government Areas of Bauchi State.
