2025 JAMB/UTME: Step-by-Step Guide to Printing Your Exam Slip Without Stress!
The start date of the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) has been slightly rescheduled by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). Instead of starting on Friday, April 25, as originally planned, the exam will now start on Thursday, April 24, 2025.
Fabian Benjamin, JAMB’s public communication advisor, said in a statement released on Saturday that the modification was made “to accommodate essential commitments by the Board and its partner agencies.”
Candidates can now print their UTME Notification Slips, which include important information such as the exam date, time, and location (center), among other crucial elements, as part of their preparation for the national exam.
According to the message, “Beginning today, Saturday, April 19, 2025, candidates are encouraged to print their Notification Slips.” “This will give them enough time to make the necessary logistical arrangements to get to their designated centers in the selected exam towns.”

- Go to www.jamb.gov.ng
- Select “Printing 2025 UTME Slips.”
- Click “Print Examination Slip” after entering their registration number.
To guarantee a smooth exam, JAMB has advised students to print their slips and get to their assigned locations at least one or two days before the test.
“No candidate will be placed in a center outside of their selected town; candidates will be assigned to centers within their chosen examination towns,” the board reaffirmed.
