The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has officially released the cut-off marks for its 2024/2025 admission exercise, clarifying students’ chances of gaining admission.
This is important in the UNILAG admission process, as students who meet or surpass the set cut-off marks can begin preparing for the next steps.
UNILAG Cut-Off Marks
The official cutoff marks for various courses were made available via a post by the UNILAG Communications Unit.
Cut-off marks represent the minimum score candidates must achieve in their Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Post-UTME screenings to qualify for admission.
These scores vary by course and department, reflecting the level of competition and academic demands associated with each program.
For the 2024 academic session, UNILAG has maintained high standards, as expected.
Below are some highlights of the released cut-off marks for some departments:
A breakdown showed Medicine and Surgery has the highest mark of 82,
followed by Computer Engineering with 81,
Computer Science 79,
Nursing 78 and
Law 76.
Under the College of Medicine, the nine programmes had above 70 as their cut-off marks, while Pharmacy is 75.
