What to do if a paper or subject is missing
If the retrieved schedule does not show a subject you registered for, or it shows a paper you did not select, do not edit or recreate the document yourself. Take a screenshot or printout of the problem, keep your payment and registration evidence, and report it promptly to the centre through which you registered or to NABTEB.
The 2026 entry guide says complaints about registration and related matters should be received before the close of registration. It also says that candidates must state their full name, examination number, examination year or series, examination centre, trade or subject code and contact details in relevant correspondence.
