Study anatomy with labelled diagrams
For every system, learn location, parts, function, interaction with other systems and effect of exercise. Draw the skeleton, major muscles, heart, lungs, digestive/excretory organs and nervous pathways. Then answer questions that connect structure to movement, respiration and circulation.
Learn sports as rules plus application
Make a card for each sport showing field/court dimensions, equipment, players, officials, scoring, fouls, skills and safety. For athletics, separate track from field events and learn phases of key techniques. Use match clips to identify violations and tactics.
Food, drugs and health
Build a nutrient table with functions, sources and deficiency diseases. Distinguish food, nutrient, balanced diet, malnutrition, drug use, misuse, abuse, dependence and withdrawal. Connect personal hygiene and environmental sanitation to specific disease prevention.
Fitness and first aid
Know strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, agility, balance, coordination and body composition. Apply overload, progression, specificity, reversibility and recovery. Learn first-aid priorities, bleeding, shock, fractures, sprains, burns, fainting, choking and safe referral.
Inclusive and family health
Study disability respectfully by focusing on needs, adaptation and participation. For family life and sexuality, use accurate health education: consent, responsibility, puberty, relationships, prevention and access to appropriate care. Do not replace the syllabus with myths or social-media claims.
