JAMB Orders 2025 Candidates to Re-Upload WAEC Results

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has instructed candidates who submitted their O-level results before the official release of the 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WAEC SSCE) results to return to accredited centers and re-upload their results.

The examination board clarified that all previously uploaded results have been removed from its system to avoid discrepancies and ensure that only the official WAEC final results are utilized for admission processing.

This information was included in its weekly bulletin issued on Monday by the Public Communication Advisor, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, in Abuja.

It stated, “Some candidates who participated in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) with ‘awaiting results’ had hastily uploaded incomplete WAEC records before the final release.

“To resolve this matter, JAMB has required a new upload from every candidate, regardless of whether the new results differ from those submitted earlier.

“All UTME candidates are urged to promptly re-upload their 2025 SSCE results on the JAMB portal to maintain their eligibility for admission consideration.”
