Lagos Reschedules Screening Test/Entrance Exam into Model Colleges, Upgraded Junior Secondary Schools
The Lagos State Examinations Board has rescheduled the screening test/placement test into the model universities and updated Junior optional schools in Lagos. The Screening Test is the main measuring stick for entrance into JSS1 in any of the Model Colleges. Just enlisted Primary Six understudies are qualified for the test, and applicants that succeed and meet the necessary cut-off imprints would be offered entrance into any of the Model Colleges and Upgraded Junior Secondary Schools, independent of their first or subsequent option of schools.
The Lagos State Examinations Board has informed the overall population, especially guardians and watchmen of all applicants properly enlisted for the Year 2022 Screening Test into Lagos State Model Colleges and Upgraded Junior Secondary Schools, that the test has been rescheduled to happen from Tuesday, July nineteenth to Friday, July 22nd, 2022.
As per an assertion endorsed by Mr. Abayomi Abolaji, Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Ministry of Education, the deferment of the assessment dates became important to give planned up-and-comers additional opportunity to enlist.
Abolaji encouraged planned possibility to enlist right away and print their enrollment slips, while asking the individuals who had recently enlisted to get back to the Board’s Portal: examsboard.lagosstate.gov.ng and register again with the Serial Number and Personalized Identification Number (PIN) gave during their underlying enlistment, as well as print out the Examination Slips containing individual data for the tests.
While mentioning the participation of all partners on the delay, the Permanent Secretary urged residents to contact the Board’s Head Office in Agege at 08166599458, 08036981216, 08035190744, and 08028810507.
