2025 UTME Shock: JAMB Uncovers Candidates Who Paid to Cheat — Mock Results Dropping Soon!

180 applicants allegedly paid N30,000 apiece via the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board’s (JAMB) phony website to engage in exam fraud for the upcoming Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

The Registrar, Professor Is-haq Olanrewaju Oloyede, told media Thursday at a CBT center within JAMB headquarters during the mock UTME exam monitoring that those who engage in cheating will be punished by having their UTME and Direct Entry (DE) seized.

Therefore, we are attempting to ensure that we will have gained experience and learned some lessons from our mock level experience when we take the exam. We kindly ask for patience from the candidates who are being used in the experiment.
