MTN Nigeria, Airtel Nigeria and Globacom were identified in reports from the launch as participating operators.<\/p>\n<p>The government\u2019s broader digital education infrastructure includes the Nigeria Education Data Infrastructure, the Digital Nigeria Education Management Information System and the Learner Identification Number. These systems may help with planning and learner identification, but the launch reports did not say that every student must independently create a new profile before receiving the benefit.<\/p>\n<p>Implementation questions remain important. Students will need to know how schools will be verified, whether access will work on all participating networks, how the daily allowance will reset, what happens when a learner changes SIM cards and which content providers will be approved.
