The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has stated that it will reveal the cut-off marks for admission to universities, polytechnics, colleges of education, and monotechnics for 2025 on Tuesday, July 8.
This decision will be finalized at the annual policy meeting set to be held at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre in Abuja.
JAMB shared the announcement on Wednesday via its official X account.
“The 2025 Policy Meeting is scheduled for July 8, 2025, at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre in Abuja.
“The policy meeting is a gathering of stakeholders where they discuss and approve policy guidelines and other relevant regulations regarding admissions for the upcoming academic year.
“Please be advised that attendance is strictly by invitation, but you can follow us on our social media platforms for live updates,” the statement indicated.
The meeting will convene key individuals in the education sector, including leaders of tertiary institutions.
They will also establish the minimum UTME scores, commonly referred to as cut-off marks, necessary for admission into higher education institutions.
JAMB mentioned that the occasion will also serve as a platform for collaborating with vice-chancellors, rectors, and provosts on admission procedures and timelines, encompassing deadlines for registration and applications.
Additionally, the top performers in the 2025 UTME will be announced at the event.
