Who Is Eligible to Apply for the UNIOSUN Post UTME Form 2026?
You can register for the UNIOSUN Post UTME Form 2026 if you meet all of the following requirements:
- You chose UNIOSUN as your first-choice institution in the 2026 JAMB UTME (candidates from other institutions can still apply after a Change of Institution via the JAMB portal).
- You scored a minimum of 160 in the 2026 UTME.
- You have at least five (5) credit passes in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB in relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
- You are at least 16 years old by 30 September 2026.
- You have uploaded your O’Level results to the JAMB CAPS portal.
For Candidates Awaiting O’Level Results: You may still apply for the UNIOSUN Post UTME Form 2026, but you must upload your results within one week of the result release. Failure to do so may affect your admission.

How to Apply for UNIOSUN Post UTME Form 2026 Step by Step
Step 1: Visit the Admissions Portal. Go to UNIOSUN ADMISSIONS. Read all guidelines carefully, then log in with your JAMB or DE Registration Number.
Step 2: Pay the Application Fee. Pay ₦2,000 (excluding transaction charges) via the UNIOSUN WebPAY or Remita platform using a MasterCard, Verve card, or any Remita-enabled ATM card.
Step 3: Fill Out and Submit the Form. Complete all sections accurately and upload your passport photograph. Verify every detail before clicking Submit. YOU CANNOT EDIT THE FORM AFTER SUBMISSION.

Important Information For Direct Entry (DE) Candidates
DE candidates applying through the UNIOSUN Post UTME Form 2026; including those from UNIOSUN’s IJMB and JUPEB programmes, must obtain the Direct Entry form from JAMB before applying. Transcripts must be forwarded to the Registrar on or before Friday, 4 September 2026.
